Kent School of Social Work Champions for Change

Our social work students today are the therapists, counselors, activists, and practitioners of tomorrow!

The cost of education should not be a barrier for students who are bright, passionate, and diverse champions for change.

Your gift to student scholarships directly impacts the tuition costs of our students at all levels of their social work careers, allowing them to focus on their studies in the classroom, in our community, and as future professionals in our growing field!

About Champions for Change

View our 2021 program HERE

Kent School has roughly 30 scholarship funds specific to Kent School students, most only offer partial scholarship assistance. In 2019 we were only able to award scholarship support to roughly one in every three students who applied for aid.

During Champions for Change on March 19th we will be fundraising specifically for support to student scholarships in our bachelors, masters, doctoral, and couple and family therapy programs.

Our goal is to have 100 donors of $50+ by midnight on Friday, March 19th to unlock an above and beyond gift of $2000!

Dean Jenkins will make a gift of $2,000 if we reach 100 donors by the end of the day. You can help us make that goal!
