Student Emergency Fund

Sometimes life throws you a curve and you're met with the unexpected. That's exactly what happened to Breanna. But thankfully, the Student Emergency Fund was here to offer the support she needed right when she needed it.


Many of our students don't have a support system to fall back on when they encounter obstacles. The Student Emergency Fund has become a critical resource to help our students stay enrolled and make steady progress toward achieving their academic goals. Since March 2020, the Student Emergency Fund has helped more than 1,063 students, providing over $1M in support over the past year and a half.


Help us show our Cardinals that we are invested in their success, especially when life obstacles threaten their ability to finish their degree. Dean of Students Michael Mardis has agreed to support Raise Some L with a $1,000 challenge to support the Student Emergency Fund to help our students when life challenges them with unforeseen events. Our students need your support as they overcome the challenges to succeed!

Student Emergency Fund Challenge
Dean of Students, Michael Mardis, would like to start off Raise Some L with a $1,000 challenge to support the Student Emergency Fund to help our students when life challenges them with unforeseen events. The Student Emergency Fund has helped over 800 students and given out almost $1M over the past year and a half. But, our students still need your support as we continue to adjust to life on campus!
